Join our Service Operation Unit and help drive services of the Energy and Food & Water industry in Indonesia.

You have experience field service in relevant industry and you are looking for a long term and evolving career opportunity. You are solution-driven, task and result-oriented person with a strong customer first mindset. You have the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. About The Job

Execute selected service of our 360º service portfolio on standard products.

Responsibilities

• Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by the mentor.
• Read and digest maintenance manuals and complete learning logs relative to your product exposure.
• Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs on standard products at customer sites.
• Complete preparation checklists for the service job to be undertaken.
• Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
• Report unsafe practices, and incidents and work for continuous improvement.
• Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
• Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares.
• Execute service in our Service Centers as required.
• Will be located in Balikpapan, Palembang or Surabaya

What You Know

• At least 3–5-years’ experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment.
• Having electrical or automation background but like to work with mechanical work is a plus.
• Having hand on experience with heat exchanges, separator, decanter is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and trouble shooting skills.
