Tugas Utama:<\/h3>\n

  1. Generasi bisnis baru dengan proaktif mencari pelanggan potensial melalui database atau jaringan.<\/li>\n
  2. Hadir dalam pertemuan dan mempresentasikan profil perusahaan dan produk\/jasa kepada pelanggan secara virtual atau selama kunjungan penjualan.<\/li>\n
  3. Berkomunikasi dengan analis biaya untuk menyusun skema harga.<\/li>\n
  4. Menyiapkan proposal untuk pelanggan, menyelesaikan pekerjaan administrasi, mengelola kontrak layanan, memeriksa tanggal kadaluarsa, dan memperbarui.<\/li>\n
  5. Mencapai dan melebihi target penjualan pribadi.<\/li>\n
  6. Memelihara dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan yang ada dengan memberikan pelayanan yang luar biasa.<\/li>\n
  7. Berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan Bagian Komersial, Operasional, Akuntansi, dan Hukum.<\/li>\n
  8. Terkadang melakukan perjalanan lokal untuk bertemu dengan pelanggan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Persyaratan:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Pendidikan: Minimal Sarjana.<\/li>\n
    • Berpengalaman dan fasih berbicara dan menulis dalam Bahasa Inggris, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.<\/li>\n
    • Mampu mempengaruhi dan bernegosiasi dengan pelanggan.<\/li>\n
    • Kemampuan komputer yang sangat baik dengan penekanan pada presentasi dan pemodelan (Word, Power Point, Excel).<\/li>\n
    • Berpengalaman sebagai Sales Executive atau peran relevan.<\/li>\n
    • Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang Sales\/Marketing\/Perkembangan Bisnis di perusahaan korporasi\/B2B.<\/li>\n
    • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait (Logistik\/Institusi Keuangan\/Industri Perbankan).<\/li>\n
    • Belajar dengan cepat dan bersemangat dalam penjualan.<\/li>\n
    • Penampilan menarik, komunikatif, dan pekerja keras.<\/li>\n
    • Dapat bekerja secara independen.<\/li>\n
    • Keterampilan penjualan, hubungan interpersonal, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik.<\/li>\n
    • Bersedia bekerja keras untuk memenuhi tenggat waktu.<\/li>\n
    • Kemampuan terbukti untuk menganalisis pasar dan pelanggan, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan memprediksi potensi bisnis di masa depan.<\/li>\n
    • Mampu bekerja secara independen dan sebagai anggota tim.<\/li>\n
