Kami saat ini membutuhkan drafter yang dapat bekerja cepat dan tepat dalam menggambar struktur\/arsitek maupun membuat RAB. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki inisiatif\/pro-aktif bertanya sebelum membuat gambar maupun menghitung agar tidak dilakukan pekerjaan ganda (efektif dan efisien).<\/p>\n<p>Lokasi interview: Jl. Bukit Cinere Raya, Kelurahan Gandul, Kecamatan Depok.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h4\">Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Membuat gambar struktur.<\/li>\n<li>Membuat gambar arsitek.<\/li>\n<li>Menghitung volume pekerjaan untuk RAB.<\/li>\n<li>Selalu update harga material agar perhitungan tidak salah.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-aktif bertanya untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan masing-masing customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h4\">Keahlian:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Memahami struktur konstruksi bangunan lantai 1-4.<\/li>\n<li>Menguasai SketchUp dan AutoCAD.<\/li>\n<li>Menguasai Excel dalam membuat volume RAB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h4\">Kualifikasi:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Pria diutamakan.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun menangani proyek perumahan atau renovasi rumah.<\/li>\n<li>Berorientasi pada target penyelesaian drafting setiap proyek.<\/li>\n<li>Domisili Jabodetabek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h4\">Waktu Bekerja:<\/h3>\n<p>6 hari kerja Jam 09.00 sd Jam 17.00<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h4\">Tunjangan:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Makan siang<\/li>\n<li>Makan malam (jika lembur sampai malam)<\/li>\n<li>Uang transport untuk survey dan pengawasan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h4\">Insentif:<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; Insentif apabila bisa menjual unit rumah.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Niko Residence bergerak di bidang usaha developer maupun kontraktor renovasi rumah (atau dikenal sebagai bikinrumah.id).
