Proyek ini bertujuan untuk memodernisasi konfigurasi dan kemampuan pengolahan agar dapat memproduksi lebih banyak bensin dan produk lain dengan mengubah residu minyak bakar menjadi produk lebih bernilai, terutama bensin dan solar. Manajemen kinerja terintegrasi, sebagai bagian dari ICSS, akan diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keandalan produksi kilang.
