Untuk berhasil dalam peran ini, Anda harus memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang regulasi ketenagakerjaan dan pengalaman sebagai human resources generalist.<\/p>\n<p>Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Melengkapi kebutuhan MPP di cabang mereka untuk mendukung pencapaian target kerja cabang<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola semua administrasi terkait karyawan di cabang sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku untuk meminimalkan tingkat ketidakberaturan<\/li>\n<li>Mensosialisasikan dan mengimplementasikan semua program terkait People and Culture di cabang yang menjadi tanggung jawab mereka, untuk mendukung pencapaian target Regional People Partner<\/li>\n<li>Menangani dan menyelesaikan masalah hubungan karyawan dengan investigasi yang efektif, komprehensif, dan obyektif<\/li>\n<li>Bekerja sama dengan manajemen dan karyawan untuk meningkatkan hubungan kerja, membangun moral, serta meningkatkan produktivitas dan retensi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Persyaratan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja terbukti sebagai Regional HR atau peran serupa<\/li>\n<li>Memahami full cycle mass recruiting<\/li>\n<li>Pengetahuan yang baik tentang regulasi ketenagakerjaan<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi verbal dan tertulis yang sangat baik<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan kepemimpinan<\/li>\n<li>S1 Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia\/Hukum atau bidang relevan<\/li>\n<li>Bersedia bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi di Kalimantan Selatan dan Timur<\/li>\n<li>Basis di daerah Banjarmasin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tanggung jawab Regional People Partner meliputi pengawasan tim HR lokal dan implementasi kebijakan perusahaan.
