Harus memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan keselamatan, standar kualitas, dan batasan anggaran.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persyaratan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sarjana Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait.<\/li>\n<li>3+ tahun pengalaman sebagai Earthwork Superintendent atau dalam peran terkait.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan merencanakan, menjadwalkan, dan melaksanakan proyek konstruksi galian tanah.<\/li>\n<li>Pemahaman peraturan keselamatan dan standar kualitas.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan bekerja mandiri dan dalam tim.<\/li>\n<li>Penempatan di lokasi dengan jadwal roster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana dan jadwal konstruksi galian tanah.<\/li>\n<li>Menyelaraskan dan mengawasi pekerjaan kru galian tanah.<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola biaya proyek dan anggaran.<\/li>\n<li>Berkomunikasi dengan klien, manajer proyek, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Earthwork Superintendent bertanggung jawab atas manajemen dan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi galian tanah.
