{"id":20295,"date":"2024-06-04T21:40:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T21:40:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/warehouse-staff-pt-saptaindra-sejati-adaro-energy-south-kalimantan-kalimantan\/"},"modified":"2024-06-04T21:40:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T21:40:06","slug":"warehouse-staff-pt-saptaindra-sejati-adaro-energy-south-kalimantan-kalimantan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/warehouse-staff-pt-saptaindra-sejati-adaro-energy-south-kalimantan-kalimantan\/","title":{"rendered":"Lowongan WAREHOUSE STAFF di PT Saptaindra Sejati (Adaro Energy) South Kalimantan, Kalimantan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n<li><\/li>\n<p>Responsible to monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports; Initiate\u2019s action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and other related paperwork; receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments; Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies; and performs routine clerical duties in support of unit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize, coordinate, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up material delivery schedule to vendor to ensure all material arrives at warehouse on schedule and corresponding with user needs.<\/li>\n<li>Receives, unpacks, pack, unloads, load, issue, store and delivers goods or material; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. Then Records received order, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.<\/li>\n<li>Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computer.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all material transactions data monthly then submit to Procurement &amp; Logistics Supervisor to create Inventory Balance Report so that the quality and quantity on system match to actual condition in the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct the release of spare part, Oil\/Lubricant, consumable and chemical material from warehouse based on material request (MR) from user to ensure all material issue recorded and well documented.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum bachelor\u2019s degree graduate majoring in Accounting\/Management\/Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position from Power Plant\/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and ERP (such as Axapta)<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to be located at Tanjung &#8211;
