Sebagai Digital Business Developer, Anda bertanggung jawab menjual program inovatif eduCLaaS kepada calon mahasiswa melalui telepon. Anda akan menggunakan keterampilan komunikasi persuasif untuk membimbing calon mahasiswa dalam proses pendaftaran dan menjawab pertanyaan mereka. Targetnya adalah mencapai atau melampaui target penjualan dan memastikan pengalaman positif bagi mahasiswa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menghubungi calon mahasiswa melalui telepon untuk membahas program eduCLaaS.<\/li>\n<li>Menjawab pertanyaan dan memberi informasi mengenai program-program tersebut.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan panduan pendaftaran dan membantu aplikasi mahasiswa.<\/li>\n<li>Mencapai target penjualan bulanan dengan mengubah prospek menjadi mahasiswa.<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola catatan interaksi mahasiswa dan detail pendaftaran menggunakan CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Membantu dalam acara penjualan online dan offline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Persyaratan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sarjana dari latar belakang apa pun.<\/li>\n<li>Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam telesales atau penjualan.<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan menjelaskan program-program kompleks.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan bekerja mandiri dan mengelola volume panggilan.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan organisasi dan manajemen waktu.<\/li>\n<li>Bersedia melakukan perjalanan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Posisi ini bersifat remote.
