Peran ini melibatkan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan dan prosedur laboratorium yang sejalan dengan tujuan produksi smelter dan harapan kualitas klien. Site Manager memastikan semua proses analitik terkait pengujian dan pengendalian kualitas matte nikel dan bahan baku terkait dilakukan dengan standar ketepatan, keandalan, dan efisiensi tertinggi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Site Manager bertugas mendirikan sistem manajemen mutu yang kuat yang menjunjung standar ISO 17025 untuk kompetensi teknis dan keandalan hasil uji. Ini termasuk pengembangan dan pemeliharaan sistem yang efektif untuk validasi metode, pengendalian mutu, dan kepatuhan dengan peraturan kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan sesuai standar ISO 45001 dan ISO 14001. Peran ini juga melibatkan keterlibatan langsung dengan klien untuk memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan analitik mereka, memberikan keahlian teknis, dan mengelola segala isu yang muncul dalam layanan laboratorium.
