pendidikan atau sertifikasi tambahan adalah nilai tambah<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman terbukti sebagai resepsionis atau dalam bidang layanan pelanggan<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis<\/li>\n<li>Paling tidak 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Resepsionis, Urusan Umum, dan Manajemen Kantor<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris lancar, baik lisan maupun tulisan<\/li>\n<li>Mahir menggunakan Komputer Suite<\/li>\n<li>Mengenal peralatan kantor dan tugas administratif dasar<\/li>\n<li>Dapat bergabung secepatnya<\/li>\n<li>Selamat lulusan baru<\/li>\n<li>Bertempat tinggal di Bali, siap bekerja di kantor Bali<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tanggung Jawab:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mengelola area kantor, memastikan kebersihan, keteraturan, dan tampilan yang bersih setiap saat<\/li>\n<li>Menyambut dan menjamu pengunjung, klien, dan karyawan dengan cara yang profesional dan ramah<\/li>\n<li>Mengkoordinir janji temu dan jadwal pertemuan untuk eksekutif dan anggota staf<\/li>\n<li>Bertugas di meja depan dan merespons tamu setiap saat<\/li>\n<li>Mengurus dan memelihara persediaan kantor dan pantry<\/li>\n<li>Berinteraksi dengan vendor dan pemasok berdasarkan kebutuhan operasional<\/li>\n<li>Menangani surat masuk dan keluar, paket, dan pengiriman<\/li>\n<li>Mengatur perjalanan dinas, tiket, dan sebagainya<\/li>\n<li>Membantu dalam proyek ad-hoc: team building, proyek musiman, dsb<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola jadwal asisten kantor<\/li>\n<li>Mendukung semua pekerjaan terkait administrasi bersama HR<\/li>\n<li>Tugas lain yang disiapkan oleh Branch Manager<\/li>\n<li>Hanya CV berbahasa Inggris yang akan diproses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Syarat-syarat: Diploma atau setara;
