Kami terus berinovasi untuk menyediakan produk yang bermanfaat, hemat biaya, dan menguntungkan dalam menanggapi tuntutan pasar yang terus berkembang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deskripsi Peran<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posisi ini adalah peran penuh waktu di lokasi sebagai Kepala Sumber Daya Manusia di PT. Jarum Mahakarya Indonesia di Balikpapan. Kepala Sumber Daya Manusia akan mengawasi manajemen HR, menerapkan kebijakan HR, mengelola hubungan karyawan, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap hukum ketenagakerjaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kualifikasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keterampilan Human Resources (HR) dan Manajemen HR<\/li>\n<li>Pengetahuan tentang Hukum Ketenagakerjaan<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman dalam pengembangan dan implementasi Kebijakan HR<\/li>\n<li>Keahlian dalam hubungan karyawan<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan bekerja secara efektif dalam tim<\/li>\n<li>Sertifikasi terkait di bidang HR atau yang terkait merupakan nilai tambah<\/li>\n<li>Gelar Sarjana di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deskripsi Perusahaan PT.
