Founded in 2010, it now has more than 100 million users with various physical and virtual products, including small kiosks and the e-commerce platform.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>What does the day-to-day look like?<\/p>\n<p>Doing operational finance control including budgeting, forecasting, profitability monitoring and cost control to the business unit, for the purpose of the below items, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Key person for financial analysis and control.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, analyze, and report financial performance against business metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Create quarterly, yearly, and 5-year P&amp;L planning;<\/li>\n<li>Monthly accruals for financial closing.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly business review and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Perjanjian Kerjasama (Agreement) Review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consolidation for Bukalapak Group Financial Analysis, for the purpose of the below items, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly financial performance review analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Data consolidation for Bukalapak Group Financials including quarterly, yearly, and 5-year Pnl planning.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly profit or loss reporting per business segment.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly management reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc projects for new companies and businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>What does amazing look like? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 3 years working experience in finance, budgeting or business analyst.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelors from a reputable top university, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting or Management.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in top accounting or multinational firms<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Advanced in excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player.<\/li>\n<li>Good logical and analytical skill, high attention to detail, and reliable.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Bukalapak is an equal opportunity employer.
