{"id":35128,"date":"2024-10-10T11:53:43","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T11:53:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/senior-engineer-environment-safety-health-infineon-technologies-batam-kepulauan-riau\/"},"modified":"2024-10-10T11:53:43","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T11:53:43","slug":"senior-engineer-environment-safety-health-infineon-technologies-batam-kepulauan-riau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/senior-engineer-environment-safety-health-infineon-technologies-batam-kepulauan-riau\/","title":{"rendered":"Lowongan Senior Engineer Environment, Safety &amp; Health di Infineon Technologies Batam, Kepulauan Riau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In this role you are responsible as site safety coordinator providing day to day operational coverage for all safety needs.<br \/>In your new role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, ISO 45001:2018, SMK3, and enhance company OHS effectiveness <\/li>\n<li>Be a role model safety leadership and leading safety related investigation and 8D process to determine root cause with short- and long-term solutions, timely follow-up of all recommended actions by respective assigned employees.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and preparing reports for relevant local regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with OHS regulations and policies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating\u202fOHS training programs, site Emergency Response team\u2019s capabilities on OHS related emergencies, across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure workplace risk assessment, and safe work permit evaluation is performed and reviewed<\/li>\n<li>Lead fire protection system assesment and ensure adherence to fire protection standard <\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective safety communication, information, and education throughout the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are best equipped for this task if you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Occupational Health &amp; Safety Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Has minimum 3 years expereince in manufacturing, preferable in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Has relevant training (AK3 Umum, fire protection, risk assessment, incident investigation)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ISO 45001, SMK3, and Fire Safety audit<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving, and root cause identification skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills in English both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>A team player with strong leadership, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.<br \/>As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
