{"id":35137,"date":"2024-10-10T12:22:53","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T12:22:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/hrga-section-head-mms-group-indonesia-kutai-barat-kalimantan-timur\/"},"modified":"2024-10-10T12:22:53","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T12:22:53","slug":"hrga-section-head-mms-group-indonesia-kutai-barat-kalimantan-timur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/hrga-section-head-mms-group-indonesia-kutai-barat-kalimantan-timur\/","title":{"rendered":"Lowongan HRGA Section Head di MMS GROUP INDONESIA Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ensuring the effectiveness of recruitment processes, employee development, industrial relations management, and meeting operational employee needs to support the optimization of human resources functions<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruitment: Ensure alignment between planned and actual workforce needs.<\/li>\n<li>People Development: Oversee the implementation of employee development programs (Individual Development Plan) for all talents and\/or successor candidates, both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Services: Ensure the resolution of employee complaints and industrial relations disputes in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Industrial Relation: also establish and maintain harmonious relationships with all stakeholders (management, government, communities, and labor unions to support effective coordination of HR Operations).<\/li>\n<li>General Affairs: Ensure the availability of optimal services for employees, such as accommodation, transportation, meals, and employee administration.<\/li>\n<li>Personnel Administration: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data and other supporting administrative processes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct budget reviews, training plans, and preparation of the HR Operation Annual Work Plan (RKAB).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree (S1).<\/li>\n<li>Willing to be placed in Melak, Kutai Barat Regency, East Kalimantan.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work with a roster work system.<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid driver\u2019s license (SIM A) and be able to operate 4-wheel vehicles, both manual and automatic.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in managing HRGA within a coal mining environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ensuring the effectiveness of recruitment processes, employee development, industrial relations management, and meeting operational employee needs to support the optimization&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":18075,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[1864,2440],"class_list":["post-35137","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-lowongan","tag-loker-kalimantan-timur-2024","tag-loker-kutai-barat-2024","tax_education-menyesuaikan","tax_region-kalimantan-timur","tax_region-kutai-barat-kalimantan-timur"],"yoast_head":"\n<title>Lowongan HRGA Section Head di MMS GROUP INDONESIA Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur -
