{"id":35142,"date":"2024-10-10T12:28:17","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T12:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/staff-specialist-manager-procurement-infineon-technologies-batam-kepulauan-riau\/"},"modified":"2024-10-10T12:28:17","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T12:28:17","slug":"staff-specialist-manager-procurement-infineon-technologies-batam-kepulauan-riau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/staff-specialist-manager-procurement-infineon-technologies-batam-kepulauan-riau\/","title":{"rendered":"Lowongan Staff Specialist \/ Manager Procurement di Infineon Technologies Batam, Kepulauan Riau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers to acquire the cost saving and reduce procurement expenses.<br \/>In your new role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for site procurement based on the defined global category strategy, including strategic tasks (e.g. sourcing, demand management, market analysis), tactical tasks (e.g. RFI\/RFQ, negotiation, contracting) and operational tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as main site interface to suppliers (incl. phase-in \/ evaluation \/relationship &amp; consequence management) and negotiates site specific contracts for the best TCO.<\/li>\n<li>Works with internal stakeholders to align demand, priorities (e.g. secure supply vs. cost saving) and consults on sourcing options. <\/li>\n<li>Applies best in class procurement methods and market intelligence, contributes to continuous improvement and ensures compliance with local\/global rules&amp; processes.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to KPI target setting, monitors KPIs (e.g. savings, payment terms, process KPIs) and implements appropriate measures in case of deviation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are best equipped for this task if you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalents. Candidate with Master Degree is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Min. 5-10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in semiconductor industry.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of equipment, materials and spare part is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of local and global supply chain, procurement best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in using supply chain management software and tools, e.g. SAP \/ ERP.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and detail oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.<br \/>As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
