Posisi ini bertanggung jawab memastikan semua anggota tim termasuk pemimpin mencapai target setiap bulan, juga mengawasi pemimpin tentang peraturan perusahaan, dokumen untuk tim, serta mengatur program &#8220;Buddy&#8221; dengan baik melalui tim.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Tanggung Jawab Utama :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mengidentifikasi prospek penjualan baru<\/li>\n<li>Memperkenalkan produk dan\/atau layanan&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Meneliti organisasi dan individu secara online (terutama di media sosial) untuk mengidentifikasi prospek baru dan pasar baru potensial<\/li>\n<li>Meneliti kebutuhan perusahaan lain dan mengetahui siapa yang bertanggung jawab atas pembelian<\/li>\n<li>Menghubungi klien potensial melalui email atau telepon untuk membangun hubungan dan mengatur pertemuan<\/li>\n<li>Merencanakan dan mengawasi inisiatif pemasaran baru<\/li>\n<li>Menghadiri konferensi, pertemuan, dan acara industri<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kualifikasi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sarjana di bidang terkait<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman penjualan min 2 tahun di B2B diutamakan<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman langsung dengan teknik penjualan (termasuk panggilan dingin)<\/li>\n<li>Rekor prestasi mencapai target atau kuota penjualan<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman dengan perangkat lunak CRM (mis. Hubspot)<\/li>\n<li>Familiaritas dengan MS Excel (menganalisis lembar kerja dan grafik)<\/li>\n<li>Pemahaman tentang metrik kinerja penjualan<\/li>\n<li>Keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan untuk memberikan presentasi yang menarik<\/li>\n<li>Jaringan yang baik dan pengetahuan dalam pasar f&amp;b (f&amp;b)<\/li>\n<li>Jaringan yang baik dan pengetahuan dalam ritel dan pasar (Retail)<\/li>\n<li>Jaringan yang baik dan pengetahuan dalam bisnis waralaba dan rantai multi (Enterprise)<\/li>\n<li>Lebih baik memiliki latar belakang di SaaS<\/li>\n<li>Khususnya untuk Area Medan, Sumatera Utara<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Bersama Area Manager Medan, Sumatera Utara.
