{"id":37311,"date":"2024-10-26T06:24:38","date_gmt":"2024-10-26T06:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/technical-sales-engineer-admixture-concrete-scc-gcp-indonesia-kalimantan-timur\/"},"modified":"2024-10-26T06:24:38","modified_gmt":"2024-10-26T06:24:38","slug":"technical-sales-engineer-admixture-concrete-scc-gcp-indonesia-kalimantan-timur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/technical-sales-engineer-admixture-concrete-scc-gcp-indonesia-kalimantan-timur\/","title":{"rendered":"Lowongan Technical Sales Engineer &#8211; Admixture\/Concrete (SCC) di GCP Indonesia Kalimantan Timur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Penempatan di beberapa lokasi: Kalimantan, Surabaya<\/p>\n<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan lapangan untuk memenuhi harapan klien.<\/li>\n<li>Memenuhi dan mengusulkan produk dan aplikasi kepada klien.<\/li>\n<li>Menangani masalah beton\/pracetak di pabrik pencampuran dan lokasi proyek dengan memberikan saran teknis dan solusi.<\/li>\n<li>Membangun hubungan dekat dengan klien dan semua tingkatan personil, terutama mereka di posisi Manager Teknis\/QC\/Optimasi.<\/li>\n<li>Mengantisipasi perubahan material, tren\/kebutuhan pasar, dan spesifikasi proyek untuk industri beton\/pracetak.<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan penilaian kompetitor dan memahami persaingan.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan penjelasan produk dan praktak kepada tim komersial dan klien.<\/li>\n<li>Memastikan kinerja semua produk yang ada dan baru memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan proyek.<\/li>\n<li>Bekerja dengan tim Internal dan Teknis\/R&amp;D untuk produk baru yang memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan proyek.<\/li>\n<li>Mengidentifikasi dan mengejar peluang praktak; menawarkan solusi dan mendapatkan bisnis.<\/li>\n<li>Merangkum aktivitas dan peluang terbaru; meninjau dengan atasan mingguan.<\/li>\n<li>Melaksanakan tugas lain yang mungkin diberikan oleh supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lulusan Sarjana\/Magister jurusan Konstruksi\/Teknik Sipil.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja minimal 3-5 tahun di industri semen dengan pengetahuan dalam teknologi beton dan pemecahan masalah lapangan.<\/li>\n<li>Memiliki kepribadian yang ramah dengan keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat.<\/li>\n<li>Mampu bekerja secara mandiri, mandiri, dan memiliki sikap positif.<\/li>\n<li>Mampu berkomunikasi dan menulis dengan baik dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Penempatan di beberapa lokasi: Kalimantan, Surabaya DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan lapangan untuk memenuhi harapan klien.
