Kandidat ideal akan memiliki latar belakang kuat dalam manajemen operasi SDM, pemahaman solid tentang industri pertambangan, dan semangat untuk mengembangkan serta mempertahankan talenta terbaik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab Utama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kepemimpinan Operasi SDM, termasuk perekrutan bakat, onboarding, manajemen kinerja, hubungan karyawan, dan kepatuhan HR.<\/li>\n<li>Manajemen Talenta: strategi perekrutan bakat, manajemen kinerja, dan penanganan hubungan karyawan.<\/li>\n<li>Kepatuhan &amp; Optimisasi: kepatuhan hukum, proses HR efisien, dan praktik terbaik industri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kualifikasi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sarjana dalam Manajemen SDM, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman min. 7 tahun di HR, 3 tahun dalam manajemen operasi HR.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman industri pertambangan atau berat sangat dihargai.<\/li>\n<li>Keahlian dalam perekrutan bakat, manajemen kinerja, dan hubungan karyawan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lokasi: Kutai Timur, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia Tentang PT.
