{"id":40796,"date":"2024-11-23T00:56:36","date_gmt":"2024-11-23T00:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/human-resources-generalist-hr-demar-hijab-bandung-west-java\/"},"modified":"2024-11-23T00:56:36","modified_gmt":"2024-11-23T00:56:36","slug":"human-resources-generalist-hr-demar-hijab-bandung-west-java","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bidangusaha.co.id\/loker\/human-resources-generalist-hr-demar-hijab-bandung-west-java\/","title":{"rendered":"Lowongan Human Resources Generalist (HR) di Demar Hijab Bandung, West Java"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Syarat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background di bidang Psikologi, Manajemen HR, Hukum.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai HR Generalist di Startup atau Digital Marketing, terutama di Industri Fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Pemahaman kuat terhadap dinamika tim manajemen, alat HR, dan keterampilan MS Excel\/Spreadsheet tingkat lanjut.<\/li>\n<li>Berpengalaman dalam membuat dan mengimplementasikan SOPs, program keterlibatan karyawan, dan kebijakan HR.<\/li>\n<li>Mengenal UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, Compensation &amp; Benefits, dan Pengembangan Organisasi.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, perhatian terhadap detail, dan keterampilan interpersonal yang sangat baik; sangat fleksibel dan ceria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tanggung Jawab:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bekerjasama dengan manajemen untuk merancang peraturan perusahaan dan struktur organisasi.<\/li>\n<li>Merencanakan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, mengelola Talent Pool (Perekrutan, Onboarding, Serah Terima) dan struktur gaji.<\/li>\n<li>Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan praktik HR yang sejalan dengan nilai dan tujuan perusahaan.<\/li>\n<li>Membentuk lingkungan kerja positif dan berkontribusi dalam mencapai target perusahaan melalui program HR.<\/li>\n<li>Memantau kinerja melalui dasbor KPI.<\/li>\n<li>Mengembangkan kebijakan, prosedur, dan program HR yang mempromosikan budaya perusahaan dan menggerakkan kesuksesan bisnis.<\/li>\n<li>Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi untuk menciptakan budaya keterlibatan di mana karyawan merasa dihargai, termotivasi, dan terhubung dengan misi perusahaan.<\/li>\n<li>Membuat dan memelihara SOPs yang jelas dan konsisten untuk memastikan proses kerja yang efisien dan terstandarisasi di seluruh organisasi.<\/li>\n<li>Mengawasi Compensation &amp; Benefits, menangani terminasi, proses turnover, dan Employer Branding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Syarat: Background di bidang Psikologi, Manajemen HR, Hukum.
