Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) Tangerang Selatan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menyusun proses bisnis detail yang mencakup SLA, Matriks RACI, RCM, dan mekanisme Pengendalian Internal.<\/li>\n<li>Membuat dan meninjau dokumen regulasi perusahaan, termasuk kebijakan, SOP, panduan, dan panduan kerja, memastikan kesesuaian dengan regulasi bisnis, standar pemerintah, dan standar global seperti ISO dan COSO.<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan analisis dan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap proses yang ada, memastikan kesesuaian dengan tujuan bisnis.<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan pemetaan proses dan memfasilitasi sesi Focus Group Discussions (FGD) dengan Pemilik Proses untuk merancang solusi optimal untuk proses yang akan datang.<\/li>\n<li>Melaksanakan walkthroughs untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan dan hambatan, menerapkan langkah-langkah korektif.<\/li>\n<li>Memimpin dan mengelola Proyek Perbaikan Proses untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> General Requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lulusan dari Universitas ternama, dengan preferensi jurusan Teknik, Manajemen Bisnis, dan Keuangan\/Akuntansi.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam Perbaikan Proses Bisnis, terutama di industri teknologi.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman sebagai Auditor Internal dan\/atau melakukan uji coba kontrol.<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman terbukti berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi.<\/li>\n<li>Pelajar cepat, mampu berkembang dalam lingkungan yang menuntut.<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik, dengan kemampuan mengelola harapan pemangku kepentingan.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptif dalam lingkungan kerja yang menuntut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical Requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pengalaman dalam Pemetaan dan Kesesuaian Proses Bisnis, mencakup proses tingkat tinggi hingga tingkat rendah.<\/li>\n<li>Memahami Metodologi BPI umum (mis.
