Sebagai seorang Procurement Specialist, tanggung jawab Anda adalah merencanakan, mengawasi, dan melaksanakan proses pengadaan barang dan jasa yang efisien dan efektif untuk kebutuhan perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>Tugas utama Anda meliputi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengadaan perusahaan dan menyusun rencana pengadaan yang diperlukan.<\/li>\n<li>Menyusun dan mengelola proses pengadaan, termasuk pengajuan RFP (Request for Proposal), evaluasi penawaran, negosiasi kontrak, dan pemantauan pengiriman barang\/jasa.<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola hubungan dengan pemasok, termasuk bernegosiasi tentang harga, kualitas, dan persyaratan kontrak.<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan riset pasar untuk mendapatkan informasi terbaru tentang produk dan pemasok yang potensial.<\/li>\n<li>Mengidentifikasi risiko potensial dalam proses pengadaan dan mengadopsi tindakan pencegahan yang sesuai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk menjadi kandidat yang tepat, Anda harus memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat tentang prinsip-prinsip pengadaan, pemahaman yang baik tentang regulasi yang terkait dengan pengadaan, serta kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
