You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing B2B relationships, and ensuring strong performance aligned with company goals.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sales Strategy &amp; Market Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new market opportunities and partnership prospects in domestic and international segments.<\/li>\n<li>Actively seek out and manage B2B, travel agent, OTA, and direct client relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, agencies, and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Implement sales action plans based on the hotel\u2019s marketing and business development strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client Relationship Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate E-Commerce performance, including OTA channels, hotel website, and online distribution platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Represent The Capital Hotel &amp; Resort Bali in sales calls, site inspections, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Performance &amp; Revenue Monitoring<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales reports, performance reviews on KPI\u2019s, and provide forecasts to management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team Coordination &amp; Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with e-commerce, reservations, and operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the Reservations team to ensure efficient handling of bookings, inquiries, and confirmations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in training and mentoring staff if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or villa).<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience handling B2B travel trade, OTA, and VHP System.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Sales, E-Commerce, online distribution channels, and reservation operations.<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven mindset with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate team.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
