Our SDR teams are the first point of contact with potential customers &#8211; building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and driving meetings for our clients\u2019 sales teams.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re now looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Team Lead in our Bali office to manage and develop a growing team of SDRs.<\/p>\n<p>What We Offer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A solid base salary with real performance bonuses \u2014 earn more when you deliver.<\/li>\n<li>A clear progression path into Sales Manager or Operations leadership roles.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on training to level up both your leadership and sales capability.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to global B2B tech clients across cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, and other high-growth sectors.<\/li>\n<li>A lively, supportive office in Bali where people actually enjoy coming to work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you\u2019ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing &amp; Coaching a team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to consistently achieve and exceed targets.<\/li>\n<li>Training &amp; Development: Delivering onboarding and continuous skills training (cold calling, objection handling, use of CRM\/tech tools).<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management: Monitoring activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach), pipeline contribution, and quality of meetings booked.<\/li>\n<li>Motivation &amp; Culture: Creating a high-energy, competitive, and supportive team environment where SDRs are motivated to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Working closely with senior management and client account managers to align on goals, reporting, and performance expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Driving efficiencies in outreach strategies, messaging, and use of sales tools (CRM, dialers, sequencing platforms, AI tools).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as an SDR\/BDR\/Inside Sales Rep with strong track record of hitting targets.<\/li>\n<li>Prior leadership or team mentoring experience (official or unofficial) strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coach junior reps on cold calling, email outreach, and qualification frameworks (BANT, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills &#8211; comfortable tracking KPIs and turning data into action.<\/li>\n<li>High energy, resilient, and able to build a positive team culture.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills (written &amp; verbal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Us We work with leading global technology companies to help them build pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
