Anda akan menjadi bagian dari tim HR yang bertanggung jawab dalam merekrut dan memilih karyawan yang berkualitas.<\/p>\n<p>Tugas Anda termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mengembangkan strategi perekrutan yang efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan proses seleksi kandidat yang mencakup wawancara dan penilaian kompetensi<\/li>\n<li>Mengelola hubungan dengan pihak eksternal seperti lembaga penyalur tenaga kerja, universitas, dan perusahaan headhunter<\/li>\n<li>Menganalisis dan melaporkan data rekrutmen secara rutin untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang berharga bagi manajemen<\/li>\n<li>Memastikan proses akuisisi bakat yang efisien dan adil sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anda harus memiliki kualifikasi berikut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gelar sarjana di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia atau bidang terkait<\/li>\n<li>Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai HR Executive atau posisi terkait<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan yang kuat dalam menilai dan memilih kandidat yang berkualitas<\/li>\n<li>Penguasaan bahasa Inggris baik secara lisan maupun tertulis<\/li>\n<li>Kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif dan interpersonal yang baik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kami sedang mencari seorang HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) yang berkualitas untuk bergabung dengan tim kami.
