Petugas Personalia bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan level dukungan administratif yang baik dan konsisten dengan membantu Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia dalam perencanaan, koordinasi, dan implementasi semua administrasi kantor Kantor Sumber Daya Manusia. <\/p>\n

Kualifikasi:<\/h3>\n

Idealnya dengan sertifikat atau diploma dalam Sumber Daya Manusia atau manajemen Perhotelan\/Pariwisata. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai HR atau dalam kapasitas serupa di hotel atau operasi besar. Mengetahui sistem perangkat lunak Sumber Daya Manusia (namun tidak wajib). Penguasaan komputer dalam Microsoft Office dan kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris yang baik baik dalam pemahaman maupun menulis.
