Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola hubungan pemerintah dan mengkoordinasikan program HR di divisi mandarin.<\/p>\n<p>Tugas Anda akan meliputi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan yang kuat dengan lembaga pemerintah, termasuk berbagai kementerian dan agensi terkait<\/li>\n<li>Memahami dan mengikuti peraturan dan kebijakan pemerintah terkait bisnis tembakau<\/li>\n<li>Mengkoordinasikan dan melaksanakan program HR bagi pegawai dan karyawan divisi mandarin<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan HR yang tepat sesuai dengan standar perusahaan<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan negosiasi dengan pemerintah untuk memastikan kepentingan perusahaan terjaga<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anda harus memiliki pengalaman sebagai HR &amp; Government Relations, keahlian berbahasa Mandarin yang sangat baik, serta pemahaman luas mengenai regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah.
