Deskripsi Lowongan

Responsible for ensuring the effective operation (Risk assessment, CCTV, and access control planning) and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems. Support security and safety incident investigation through footage review.

In your new role, you will:

• Work together with the IT team to Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other security devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and alerts in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security protocols.
• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company policies, internal rules, and relevant security standards.
• Provide training and support to employees on security procedures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security systems and equipment.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents, system maintenance, and repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends to ensure our systems remain current and effective.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in security system installation, maintenance, and operation.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and access control systems, including hardware and software components. Experience in Lenel on Guard, VidieViewer, and Genetech is an advantage
• Experience with security protocols and procedures, including risk assessment and incident response.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or equivalent required.
