Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Clear communication skills to facilitate training sessions and engage with employees.
- Problem-solving skills to address organizational challenges and contribute to development initiatives.
